Try our newly launched ideas tool, where you can submit ideas for applications, widgets or mashups that make innovative use of government data, crowd or cloud-sourcing.

Anyone can participate - all you need is an idea!

Engage with other users in discussions about the ideas. Some industrious individuals may turn some of the ideas into actual working applications.

Welcome to the re-launch of the Directgov | innovate space! We've listened over the last 5 months to our developer community and those interested in innovation around government and we've redeveloped our blog into a fully open source innovation platform.

In coming weeks we will add a range of new functionality and content. We hope the community will take advantage of the new functionality as it launches to make this a rich experience for everyone.
